  1. General Information
    Welcome to ASKARIRALLY. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. ASKARIRALLY is an independent rally-raid inspired performance project focused on motorsport culture, apparel and accessories.

  2. Products & Availability
    All ASKARIRALLY products are produced in limited quantities. Product images, colors and print placements may vary slightly depending on production methods and screen settings.

Certain products may be released as limited drops or pre-orders. Availability is not guaranteed once products are sold out.

  1. Orders
    Orders are confirmed after successful payment. ASKARIRALLY reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or product availability issues.

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping and contact information.

  1. Pricing & Payments
    All prices are displayed in CHF unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through official payment providers connected to the online store.

Shipping costs, taxes or customs fees may apply depending on destination country.

  1. Shipping & Delivery
    All orders are packed and shipped directly by ASKARIRALLY. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, production periods and shipping location.

ASKARIRALLY is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs procedures or circumstances outside of reasonable control.

  1. Returns & Exchanges
    Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery for unused products in original condition.

Customized products, limited editions or worn items cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

  1. Intellectual Property
    All ASKARIRALLY graphics, logos, designs, product concepts, texts and visual content remain the intellectual property of ASKARIRALLY.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

  1. Rally Project Support
    A part of every order directly supports the ASKARIRALLY rally project, including training, vehicle development, equipment and future rally-raid preparation.

  2. Liability Disclaimer
    ASKARIRALLY products are designed for lifestyle and performance apparel purposes only. ASKARIRALLY is not liable for damages, injuries or losses related to misuse of products or delays caused by third-party services.

  3. Privacy
    Customer information is handled confidentially and used only for order processing, customer support and store-related communication.
